This role involves providing personal care, household support, and companionship to help adults live safely and independently in their homes. Requirements
- Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.

Nice To Haves
- Previous home health care or patient care experience is welcomed, but not required, as training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and toileting.
- Offer household support such as light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
- Provide companion care (homemaker) services.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
- Help with range of motion exercises.
- Assist with ambulation, including transfers and use of mechanical lifting devices.
- Provide medication reminders.
