About The Position
AdvisaCare is seeking Top of Line Home Health Aides for companionship and ADLs to service our clients for Private Duty In-Home Care in Gowen, MI. This role offers the opportunity to build close relationships with patients, providing individualized care plans tailored to their needs. The ideal candidate believes each patient is unique and strives to offer customized care while honoring their preferences, choices, abilities, and specific needs.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or GED
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to work responsibly and independently
- Good communication skills
- Ability to pass a drug screen/clear background
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship to clients.
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
