About The Position

Baptist Home Health Care by BAYADA is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants/Home Health Aides to join their team in North Jacksonville/West Jacksonville, FL. This role involves providing per-visit home health care to adult and geriatric clients. The position requires reliable transportation for home visits, seeing an average of 5-6 patients daily during daytime hours. A Florida CNA license or Home Health Aide Certificate is mandatory. Requirements

• At least one year of work experience
• Must be listed on the Florida Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing.
• Demonstrate an ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English
• Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
• Have a criminal background check completed
• Meet all state requirements
• Florida CNA license or Home Health Aide Certificate
