About The Position
Mozaic Senior Life is seeking Home Care CNAs or HHAs for their Flex 2 Per Diem Program. This program requires employees to commit to working 2 shifts every other weekend. Shifts can range from 4 to 12 hours and will be assigned based on the needs of the organization. Additional shifts may be available. Overtime pay at time and one-half will be provided for any hours worked over forty in a week. This is a great new opportunity to join our team.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide
- CNA or HHA Certification
- Valid CT Driver's License
- Dementia patient experience REQUIRED
- Required to lift, transfer, and transport adult clients.
Responsibilities
- Provides direct patient care services.
- Required to lift, transfer, and transport adult clients.
- Provide personal care to clients and keeps record on personal health care activities as defined within the respective regulatory environment.
- Requires working some flexible hours.
