About The Position

Summit Home Care is seeking a flexible Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide personalized weekend care. This part-time or per diem role offers the opportunity to set your own schedule, work around your life commitments, and focus on providing meaningful care to clients in their homes. You will assist clients with daily living activities, perform personal care visits, offer companionship, and communicate effectively with supervisors. A supportive team, ongoing training, and a dedicated care coordinator are provided. Travel to client homes within a 35-mile radius is required.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience or active CNA license.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current insurance.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Passion for working independently and building trust with clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs like dressing, grooming, meal prep, and ambulation.
• Perform personal care visits (including bathing and hygiene) as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve client well-being.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors about any changes or concerns.
• Travel to client homes within a 35-mile radius is required.
