About The Position
Affirmed Home Care is hiring a compassionate and reliable Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) for a private-duty case in Pompton Lakes, NJ. This is a consistent Monday and Wednesday schedule, 10 AM–6 PM, providing one-on-one care in a home setting.
Requirements
- Valid NJ Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to drive the client using the client’s vehicle
- Current physical exam
- PPD/QuantiFERON or chest X-ray as required
Nice To Haves
- Experience preferred; newly certified HHAs are welcome to apply
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with daily activities and medication reminders
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and support
- Maintain client safety and comfort
- Drive the client using the client’s vehicle when needed
