About The Position
Affirmed Home Care is currently hiring a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) for an immediate weekend case in Hartsdale, NY. Requirements
- Active New York State HHA Certification (Required)
- Minimum of 1 year of professional HHA experience
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Physical exam completed within the past 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the past year, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years
- MMR immunization documentation within the past 10 years
Nice To Haves
- Driver's license preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide personal care and hygiene support
- Offer medication reminders as directed
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
- Support client independence, dignity, and well-being
