Requirements

Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role.
Knowledge of basic medical care and first aid.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Compassionate and patient demeanor.
Must be able to work overnight shifts.
Must be able to work on a per diem basis.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent.
Certification as a Home Health Aide.
Experience with electronic health records.
Bilingual abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide overnight care for patients in their homes.
Assist patients with daily living activities.
Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
Offer companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
