Requirements
- DSP, Caregiver, PCA, HHA, or CNA experience
- Compassionate and reliable support
- Ability to provide one-on-one support to clients
- Active MO CNA (for higher pay rate)
Responsibilities
- Activities of daily living [ADL's]
- Light housekeeping
- Bathing
- Dressing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Nail care
- Range of motion / exercises
- Transfers /use of mechanical lifting devices
- Oral feeding
- Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
- Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
- Assisting with ambulation
- Medication assistance
