Requirements
- Valid Florida HHA license in good standing
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid CPR certification
- Physical and negative TB skin test within the past 12 months
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass a drug screening and motor vehicle background check
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements
- Ability to safely stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist clients with varying mobility needs

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfers
- Provide companionship and support during daily activities
- Accompany clients to grocery stores, doctor appointments, pharmacies, and other necessary outings
- Assist with active and passive mobility exercises according to the client's plan of care
- Observe and document changes in the client's condition and communicate them to the Director of Nursing
- Provide care in accordance with the client's individualized plan of care
- Maintain client privacy and confidentiality
