Village Caregiving is looking for caring, reliable, and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our team and provide exceptional in-home care to clients in the Defiance, Ohio area. Requirements
- Current Ohio Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while delivering quality care.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction.
- Following individualized care plans to meet each client's unique needs.
- Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Creating a clean, safe, and supportive home environment.
- Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition to the care team.
- Encouraging independence while providing compassionate, respectful care.
