About The Position

BAYADA is seeking compassionate caregivers to work with clients in their homes. As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or Home Health Aide (HHA), you will provide meaningful work supporting clients with activities of daily living, household support, and companionship. Nice To Haves

Previous home health care or patient care experience is welcomed, but not required, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care services, household support, and companion care to help adults stay safe and independent at home, following a written plan of care by a registered nurse.
Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and toileting.
Perform household support tasks such as light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
Assist with range of motion/exercises.
Assist with ambulation, including transfers and use of mechanical lifting devices.
Provide medication reminders.
