Home Health Aide
About The Position
PurposeCare is seeking qualified, dependable, honest, and reliable Home Health Aides, PCNAs, and STNAs to care for clients. The role involves providing companion support and caring assistance to vulnerable individuals in the community. PurposeCare is a leading provider of home care and home health services in the Midwest, offering coordinated home-based care to over 3,000 clients monthly, ensuring they remain healthy and safe at home. The company utilizes excellent home health paraprofessionals and innovative technology to support clients in living full lives within their communities.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years old.
- Positive attitude, great communication skills, and ability to work independently.
- Solid personal character with an empathetic personality.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must be comfortable performing personal care and grooming, meal prep, and light housekeeping.
- Must have 1.5 years of recent experience in a related field or an HHA or STNA certificate.
