About The Position

BAYADA is seeking compassionate individuals to join their Home Health Aide (HHA) team to provide meaningful care to clients in their homes. As a Home Health Aide, you will support adults in Seminole and Orange counties with daily living activities, household tasks, and companionship, enabling them to live safely and independently. BAYADA emphasizes a supportive work environment with training, flexibility, and a dedicated care team.

Requirements

HHA Certificate of 75 Hours or CNA License.
CPR Certificate from an in-person class.
One year of work experience (any company, any industry).
A current Level 2 Background Check through AHCA.
Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care services, household support, and companion care services following a written plan of care by a registered nurse.
Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and toileting.
Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
Prepare and assist with feeding meals.
Assist with range of motion/exercises.
Assist with ambulation, including transfers and use of mechanical lifting devices.
Provide medication reminders.
