About The Position

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aides to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential personal care and support to individuals who require assistance with daily activities in the comfort of their own homes. Requirements

  • Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA)
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of home health aide duties and responsibilities
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide physical assistance, including lifting and transferring clients, as necessary
  • Compassion, empathy, and patience when working with individuals in need of care and support
  • Strong observation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in challenging situations
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical stamina to perform duties that may require bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
  • Adhere to all healthcare protocols, safety guidelines, and privacy regulations
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality in all interactions
  • Attend and actively participate in trainings and meetings as required
  • Adaptable to changing client needs and willing to provide support outside of regular duties as necessary

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing
  • Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and positioning clients
  • Help clients with their daily activities, such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
  • Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature, as instructed
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure clients' care plans are followed
  • Report any changes in clients' condition to the appropriate supervisor or healthcare professional
  • Document all care provided accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
  • Build rapport and establish a trusting relationship with clients and their families
