Requirements

• Active HHA Certificate or CNA License (Florida)
• Current CPR Certification
• Level II Background Screening (or ability to obtain)
• Current TB Test & Physical (within the last year)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Active Auto Insurance
• Reliable transportation
