Affirmed Home Care is currently seeking reliable and compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) to support clients in Patchogue and surrounding areas, including Riverhead, NY. Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States
• COVID-19 vaccination required
• Availability for at least 3 full days per week
• Ability to work 6-, 8-, or 12-hour shifts
• Reliable transportation; driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities
• Support clients with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with medication reminders as directed
