About The Position
Acclaim Home Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide quality care and support to our clients in Worcester, MA. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily living activities and ensure their comfort and well-being in their own homes.
Requirements
- Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to and from client locations in Worcester, MA.
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in home health care or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Help with mobility and transfers as needed to ensure client safety.
- Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to nursing staff or supervisors.
- Provide companionship and support to promote emotional well-being.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to client care.
- Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentation.
