About The Position
Affirmed Home Care, New York's Premier Concierge Home Care Agency, is actively seeking compassionate and experienced Home Health Aides to provide exceptional one-on-one care to clients throughout Huntington and surrounding Suffolk County communities. We offer flexible live-in assignment options, including 3-day, 4-day, 5-day, and weekend-only cases, designed around your availability and lifestyle. We also encourage referring fellow caregivers to share live-in cases and coordinate schedules while earning competitive pay.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of Home Health Aide experience
- Valid New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Current physical examination (within the past year)
- PPD or QuantiFERON test (within the past year), or chest X-ray (within the past 5 years)
- MMR immunization records (within the past 10 years)

- Valid driver's license preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
- Provide medication reminders
- Support light housekeeping and household tasks
- Assist with meal preparation and planning
- Offer companionship and emotional support
