We are currently hiring compassionate, dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to provide quality care for clients. Requirements
- Current New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow a care plan
Nice To Haves
- Previous home care experience preferred
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Remind clients to take medications as directed
- Observe and report changes in clients' physical or emotional condition
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with the care team
