About The Position
Sentara Health is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a Home Health Aide. Home Health Aides will perform basic and routine patient care, such as personal hygiene, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, and feeding, intake/output, ambulation, and assisting patients with transfer from/to bed, toilet and other areas of the home.
Requirements
- CNA (Required)
- First Aid Basics Certification (Required)
- BLS (Required within 90 days of hire)
- Previous Customer Service Experience (Required)
Nice To Haves
- Prior Hospice experience (Preferred)
Responsibilities
