About The Position

Summit Home Care is seeking a flexible Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide personalized care to clients in their own homes. This part-time or per diem role offers flexible scheduling, including weekend shifts, making it ideal for individuals seeking work-life balance. You will assist clients with daily living activities, provide personal care, and offer companionship and emotional support. The role requires reliable transportation to travel to client homes within a 35-mile radius.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience or active CNA license.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current insurance.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Passion for working independently and building trust with clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs like dressing, grooming, meal prep, and ambulation.
• Perform personal care visits (including bathing and hygiene) as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve client well-being.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors about any changes or concerns.
• Travel to client homes within a 35-mile radius is required!
