About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced HHA or CNA to provide care for an older adult in a traditional Korean household. We welcome all applicants who are comfortable working in a traditional Korean or Asian family setting and who value culturally responsive caregiving. Home Helpers Home Care is seeking a caring, compassionate Caregiver to provide service for a client in your local area. Requirements
- Current HHA or CNA certification and relevant caregiving experience.
- Ability to pass a background screening
- Prior home care experience
- Access to email and a mobile smart device
- Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Korean culture, customs, food, and family dynamics.
- Experience working with Korean seniors or within Asian families.
- Ability to provide respectful, culturally sensitive care in a traditional family environment.
