We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aides to join our growing team. The Home Health Aide will be responsible for : Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities to clients in their homes. Assisting with basic healthcare tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication reminders. Helping with meal preparation and light housekeeping duties. Providing transportation to appointments and errands as needed. Offering companionship and emotional support to clients. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client documentation. Ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations, company policies, and upholding our company values
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role is a plus.
- Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification preferred but not .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, Compassionate, and professional demeanor
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
