Requirements
- Valid HHA certification in the State of New York
- HS Diploma/Equivalent
- Strong passion for working with the elderly and patient centered care
- Outstanding communication skills
- Consistency in demeanor and dependability
- Must reside within the New York Tri-State Area - NY, NJ, or CT
Nice To Haves
- Prior Assisted Living or similar experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Providing personal care services according to the resident's plan of care
- Medication assistance
- Complete all resident documentation at the end of each shift in an accurate, concise and legible manner
- Keep a close eye on the residents and communicate any changes to the supervisor
