The Home Health Aide is a member of the health services team working under the guidance of an RN responsible for assessing needs to the residents, as well as working with other members of the team. The Home Health Aide’s duties may be adjusted at the discretion of the supervising nurse based on the evaluation of the residents’ needs and the ability of the Home Health Aide to perform such tasks.
