About The Position

AdvisaCare is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) for the Hart Area Care With Heart team. This role focuses on providing private-duty, one-on-one in-home care, allowing for a deeper connection with clients and a focus on compassion, connection, and quality care. Unlike facility-based roles, this position involves caring for a single client at a time, offering more time for meaningful interaction and personalized care.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to work responsibly and independently within a team
• Good communication skills
• Ability to travel within the service area
• CPR Certified
• Ability to pass a drug screen and clear background check

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care to clients in their homes.
• Offer companionship and support to clients.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients.
