Requirements

• Valid driver's license AND insured vehicle.
• Willingness to drive clients for appointments, shopping & outings.
• Ability to read, write and speak clearly in English.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to commit to a set schedule.
• Ongoing availability of 3 days per week.
• Ability to travel up to 15 miles for shifts.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
• Full access to internet, email, and mobile phone with ability to use a phone app.

Nice To Haves

• Experience providing direct care, Home Health Aide, or Certified Nurse’s Assistant.
• Private care or care for a loved one as experience.
• Certifications are a plus.
• WellSky experience a plus.
