About The Position
Community Care, Inc. is hiring a part-time Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one pediatric private duty care to a 14-year-old male child in a supportive home setting in New Stanton, Pennsylvania. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The role focuses on personalized, family-centered care and building a meaningful connection with the child and family.
Requirements
- Home Health Aide certification or comparable caregiver experience; training is provided.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- A caring attitude, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care.
Nice To Haves
- Previous pediatric care experience is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family.
- Deliver exceptional, family-centered pediatric care.
