About The Position
Join Affirmed Home Care, Connecticut's premier concierge home care agency, and build meaningful relationships while providing exceptional care in the comfort of clients' homes. We have active cases available throughout Fairfield County, Stamford, New Canaan, and Fairfield areas and are seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs ready to make an immediate impact. CNA/HHA's who drive are highly encouraged to apply!
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of CNA or HHA experience
- Valid Connecticut CNA license or HHA/CNA certificate
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Physical completed within the past 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON within 12 months, or chest X-ray within 5 years
- Valid driver's license

Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
- Provide medication reminders
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home
