About The Position

AdvisaCare is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) for private-duty, one-on-one in-home care. This role allows you to focus on providing quality care to a single client, fostering meaningful connections and making a significant difference in their lives. Unlike facility-based roles, you won't be juggling multiple patients or working in crowded halls. We emphasize more time, better connection, and superior care.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to work responsibly and independently within a team
• Good communication skills
• Ability to travel within the service area
• CPR Certified
• Ability to pass a drug screen and clear background check

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care to clients in their homes.
• Offer companionship and support to clients.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients.
