About The Position

As a per diem Home Health Aide, you’ll provide high-quality in-home support while helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Affirmed Home Care is Connecticut’s premier concierge home care agency and provide care the way it’s meant to be delivered. We currently have active cases throughout Fairfield County, CT with day and overnight 12-hour shifts available. This is a great opportunity for Connecticut and New York HHAs looking to expand their opportunities and work cases across both Fairfield County, CT and Westchester County, NY.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year CNA/HHA experience
• Valid CT CNA License/HHA Certificate or NY CNA License/HHA Certification
• Willingness to travel within Fairfield County, CT and surrounding Westchester County areas as needed
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Physical within past 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON (within 12 months) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)
• MMR Vaccines
• Valid driver’s license
