About The Position
Traditional Home Pediatric/Adult Skilled Division Join our team of professionals and make a difference in someone's life. Service Location: Effort, PA and Canadensis, PA Rate: $14-$16/hr Immediate Need: Effort, PA - 9am to 3pm Monday through Friday until July 7th then transition hours to 2pm to 5pm throughout next school year Canadensis, PA - 8 am to 6 pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Traditional Home Health Care (Pediatric & Adult Skilled) is a leader in the healthcare field, providing exceptional skilled nursing and aide services. Requirements
- Ability to interact as a member of a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities
- Performs personal care/ household duties (e.g. dressing, toileting, feeding, light housekeeping) in home/school setting
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide emotional/behavioral support
- Follows plan of care
- Ability to interact as a member of a multidisciplinary team
- Reports any changes in the patient condition to agency/nurse case manager
