About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate need for HHA - Home Health Aides to care for our clients in the Brevard County area, specifically in Palm Bay, Melbourne, and Rockledge. As a member of their home care team, you will be valued, respected, and heard. They offer flexible scheduling with 4-12 hour shifts and weekly pay. Requirements

• Minimum one year work experience
• Current HHA - Home Health Aide or CNA License
• BLS Certified CPR
• Level II Background Check

Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Nail care
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
• Transportation
