Home Health Aide Needed - 20 Hours A Week
About The Position
Paramount Home Health Care LLC is seeking a dependable, compassionate, responsible home health aide to provide one-on-one total care for a female client in Dade City, Florida. This part-time position offers approximately 20 hours per week, with a schedule of Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. It's an excellent opportunity for someone looking for part-time work or additional hours. Female caregivers are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities
- Provide total care to the patient
- Follow the patient’s established Plan of Care
- Monitor the patient’s condition and maintain a safe environment
- Administer medications as ordered and within the applicable scope of practice
- Assist with proper positioning and repositioning
- Complete all required documentation
- Communicate effectively regarding the patient’s care and condition
- Provide companionship, guidance, and supervision while maintaining a safe and supportive environment
