Requirements
- Must have Home Health Aide (HHA) training or experience — formal certification preferred but not required.
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability and professionalism.
- Prior home care or healthcare experience preferred, but not required.
- Must consent to and pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living such as grooming, bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and mobility.
- Monitor and promptly report any changes in client health, mood, or behavior.
- Follow individualized care plans to ensure each client’s needs are met.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team.
- Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support to clients and their families.
