About The Position
Community Care, Inc. is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide 1:1 private duty care for pediatric clients in the Westmoreland area. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful connections, deliver personalized care in a supportive home setting, and make a significant impact on a child's life. The position emphasizes quality care and becoming a trusted part of a child's life.
Requirements
- Home Health Aide certification or comparable caregiver experience - Will Train!
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience with pediatric care preferred
- CPR certification (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for the child
- Providing support with hygiene, feeding, mobility, and comfort
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family
- Deliver exceptional, family-centered pediatric care
