About The Position

PurposeCare is seeking qualified, dependable, honest, and reliable On-Call Home Health Aides and CNA Caregivers to join their family. The company is a leading provider of home care and home health services in the Midwest, serving over 3,000 clients monthly with a focus on keeping clients healthy and safe at home. PurposeCare aims to provide necessary support for vulnerable individuals to live full lives within their communities.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years old
• Positive attitude, great communication skills, and ability to work independently
• Solid personal character with an empathetic personality
• Valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass both a criminal background check and drug screen
• Must be comfortable performing personal care and grooming, meal prep, and light housekeeping
• Must be able to begin your day at 6:00 a.m. based on the needs of the office

Responsibilities

• Provide companion support and caring assistance to clients.
• Perform personal care and grooming.
• Assist with meal preparation.
• Perform light housekeeping.
