Home Health Aide - STNA/CNA/HHA
About The Position
Professional Case Management (PCM) is seeking STNAs/HHAs/CNAs to provide in-home healthcare services to help those who have served our country. This role offers the opportunity for rewarding one-on-one patient relationships and the satisfaction of enhancing clients’ health, quality of life, and peace of mind. Requirements
- HHA or similar experience
- Must pass competency assessment with RN
- TB test (reimbursement may be available)

- All activities of daily living including light duty housekeeping, meal preparation and patient hygiene
