Requirements

HHA or similar experience
Must pass competency assessment with RN
TB test

Responsibilities

Provide in-home healthcare services
Enhance clients’ health, quality of life and peace of mind
Skilled Transfers
Monitor Vital Signs
Timely and Accurate Documentation
Range of Motion exercises
Assist with all activities of daily living including light duty housekeeping, meal preparation and patient hygiene
