About The Position
At Home Care Partners is a Licensed Home Care Agency dedicated to helping individuals receive dependable, compassionate care while continuing to live safely and comfortably in their own homes. We are currently expanding our team and hiring Home Health Aides and PCAs (HHAs/PCAs) throughout all of Otsego County, NY. Responsibilities
- Helping clients with bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assisting with meals and light housekeeping
- Providing companionship and daily support
- Giving medication reminders
- Reporting changes to the care team
- Helping maintain a safe home environment
