About The Position

Always Compassionate Health is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to support clients throughout Westchester County and New York City. Requirements

• NY State HHA or PCA certification required
• Passion for caring for adult, elderly, or pediatric clients
• Strong communication skills
• English proficiency
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
• Physical, QuantiFERON or 2 PPDs within one year and MMR titers

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Support activities of daily living (ADLs) as outlined in the care plan
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with ambulation and mobility (inside and outside the home)
• Accompany clients to appointments or on walks
• Prepare meals
• Perform light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
