About The Position
Human Touch Home Health is hiring compassionate Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides (HHA/PCA) to provide in-home care services in Blacksburg, VA and surrounding communities. If you enjoy helping others remain safe and independent in their homes and are looking for a flexible PRN opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.
Requirements
- Certificate of completion as a Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide, Direct Support Professional, or CNA
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Compassionate and dependable with strong communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Current CPR certification preferred
- Home care experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
- Help with transfers, ambulation, and mobility
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Report changes in the client’s condition to the supervising nurse
