About The Position
Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aide and/or CNA for the East Bridgewater area to assist with our senior client who is in need of support and companionship. Shifts Available: Saturdays 10am -8pm Sundays 10am-4pm This would be your permanent schedule. Job Description: Assist with the Activities of Living, personal care Assist with light housekeeping Encourage walking, exercising Providing stimulating conversation Activities Encourage fluid intake, possible meal prep in accordance with orders/Care Plan Competently documenting shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphone Home Health Aide and/or CNA would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner Requirements are as follows:
Requirements
- Home Health Aide Certification or CNA Certification
- 2+Years experience working with your Certification
- Must be kind, compassionate, reliable, and skilled HHA
- Must have experience working with Dementia
- Clean driving record, ability to pass a CORI check
- Current TB test, QuantiFERON Gold Test, or X-ray
- Dementia care experience
- Speak, read, write the English language clearly, and effective communication skills.
- You must own a cell phone.
Responsibilities
