About The Position

Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aides and CNAs for the East Bridgewater, Bridgewater, and West Bridgewater area to assist with our senior clients who are in need of support, transportation and companionship. Shifts Available: Days Monday through Friday 9am-5pm We also have wonderful clients that are in need of assistance for morning hours! 8am-12pm, 9am-12pm, 11am-2pm (examples) We are also seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs for the following areas: Bridgewater West Bridgewater Raynham Middleboro We are seeking caregivers to work with our clients who are Veterans. Job Description: Assist with the Activities of Living, personal care Assist with light housekeeping Encourage walking, exercising Providing stimulating conversation Activities Encourage fluid intake, possible meal prep in accordance with orders/Care Plan Competently documenting shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphone Home Health Aide would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner Requirements are as follows: Home Health Aide Certification or CNA Certification 2+Years experience working with your Certification Must be kind, compassionate, reliable, and skilled HHA Must have experience working with Dementia Clean driving record, ability to pass a CORI check Current TB test, QuantiFERON Gold Test, or X-ray Dementia care experience Speak, read, write the English language clearly, and effective communication skills. You must own a cell phone. Requirements

Home Health Aide Certification or CNA Certification
2+Years experience working with your Certification
Must be kind, compassionate, reliable, and skilled HHA
Must have experience working with Dementia
Clean driving record, ability to pass a CORI check
Current TB test, QuantiFERON Gold Test, or X-ray
Dementia care experience
Speak, read, write the English language clearly, and effective communication skills.
You must own a cell phone.
