About The Position

Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aides or CNAs for the Brookline area to assist with our client who is in need of support and companionship. Available Shifts: Weekends and Weekdays, Weekend availability is a PLUS! Morning shifts, typically a 3-4-hour shifts, example 8am-12pm, 9am-12pm, 9am-1pm, or 10am-2pm Day shifts: examples: 9am-3pm, 12pm-5pm (these are examples only, client dictates what is needed) Here at Traditions Home Health Services, we offer a small consistent team for our clients. These would be permanent hours. We are also hiring for the surrounding towns: Cambridge Newton Boston Job Description: Assist with the Activities of Living, personal care Assist with light housekeeping Encourage walking, exercising according to Care Plan Providing stimulating conversation Activities Encourage fluid intake, possible meal prep in accordance with orders/Care Plan Competently documenting shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphone Home Health Aide would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner Requirements are as follows: Home Health Aide Certification and or CNA Certification 2+Years experience working with your Certification Must be kind, compassionate, reliable, and skilled HHA/CNA Must have experience working with Parkinsons Must have experience working with Dementia Clean driving record, ability to pass a CORI check Current TB test, QuantiFERON Gold Test, or X-ray Dementia care experience Speak, read, write the English language clearly, and effective communication skills. Requirements

• Home Health Aide Certification and or CNA Certification
• 2+Years experience working with your Certification
• Must be kind, compassionate, reliable, and skilled HHA/CNA
• Must have experience working with Parkinsons
• Must have experience working with Dementia
• Clean driving record, ability to pass a CORI check
• Current TB test, QuantiFERON Gold Test, or X-ray
• Dementia care experience
• Speak, read, write the English language clearly, and effective communication skills.
• You must own a cell phone.

Responsibilities
