About The Position

BAYADA is seeking compassionate individuals to join their Assistive Care Division as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). This role involves providing meaningful care to adults and seniors in their homes, supporting them with daily living activities and household tasks. The position offers training, flexibility, and a supportive team environment, with opportunities to build close relationships with clients. The role is based in Collier, Lee, and Charlotte counties.

Requirements

1 year of verifiable work experience.
A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others.
A commitment to being present and providing quality care.
Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.
Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
Current Level II Background Check.
Current CPR Certification (Hands on component required).

Responsibilities

Following a written plan of care by a registered nurse, provide personal care services, household support, and companion care (homemaker) services.
Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
Perform household support tasks such as light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
Assist with range of motion/exercises.
Assist with ambulation, including transfers and use of mechanical lifting devices.
Provide medication reminders.
