About The Position

AdvisaCare is seeking top-of-the-line Home Health Aides / Certified Nursing Assistants to provide private duty in-home care for clients in Whitehall and surrounding areas. This role focuses on one-on-one care, allowing for more connection and less rush compared to facility-based roles. Opportunities are available for 1st shift (7am-7pm) and 3rd shift (7pm-7am), with urgent needs for Home Health Aides. Partial shifts, PRN, and on-call positions are also available. The company is specifically looking for male and female caregivers with experience in Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and behavior management.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to work responsibly and independently
• Good communication skills
• Ability to travel within the service area
• CPR Certified
• Ability to pass a drug screen and clear background check
• Experience with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)/Behavior

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care to clients.
• Engage with clients and provide companionship.
• Travel within the service area to client locations.
