Requirements

HHA or CNA Certification required
Strong communication skills are crucial, as you'll be interacting with clients, families, and healthcare professionals regularly.

Nice To Haves

If not certified or has certification caregivers will be provided free trainings & certifications.

Responsibilities

Providing supervision and hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, and other essential hygiene tasks
Promoting mobility by encouraging clients to adhere to their prescribed exercise programs, including range of motion exercises and walking
Assisting in transferring clients from bed to chair, turning and repositioning them as per their care plans, and addressing pressure point care
Preparing meals that meet specific dietary needs
Reminding clients about their medications
Providing continence care
Housekeeping responsibilities will ensure a clean and safe environment, encompassing tasks such as laundry, trash removal, and grocery shopping for those who can drive.
