We are currently recruiting for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to reliably serve patients on a per visit basis in New Castle County.

Requirements

Willing to work at least 30 hours a week.
Successfully completed a recognized CNA training course or a 75-hour Home Health Aide certification.
A passion for caregiving, providing private home care, and a desire to help others.
Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
Commitment to deliver patient care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care, household support, and companion care (homemaker) services to help adults stay safe and independent at home.
Assist clients with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
Assist clients with household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making etc.
Assist clients with meal preparation and feeding.
Assist clients with range of motion/exercises.
Assist clients with ambulation (Transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices).
Perform vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration.
